How scoring works

Every lead gets two scores rather than one blended number:

  • Fit (0–50) — who they are: company, business email, job title, niche match.
  • Engagement (0–50) — how interested they are: intent language, budget mentions, asking for a call.

Each score carries the signals behind it, so you can see *why* a lead scored what it did. Engagement decays as a lead goes quiet, so stale leads demote themselves instead of sitting at the top of your list forever.

Always tag your links

Add UTM parameters to any capture link you share (source, medium, campaign). The lead keeps them, so you can tell which post, ad or email actually produced the pipeline.

Handing off to Sales

Open a lead and hit Send to Sales — it moves to the top of the Sales import queue for outreach, and the handoff is recorded on the lead's timeline.
